Privacy policy

This is a translation. If the English and Swedish versions differ, the Swedish version applies.

Who is responsible for the data?

The data controller is Framenord, Gothenburg, Sweden. You can reach us at info@framenord.se.

What we collect and why

• Ordering a test video. Name, company, email address, chosen type of video and the link you provide. We use them to make and send the video and to reply to you. Legal basis: performing what you asked for (contract), or steps before a contract.
• New guides by email. Email address and, if you like, first name and company. We send at most one email a month with new guides and tips until you say no. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Chat and voice with the assistant Nora. What you type, or say if you use the microphone, becomes text that is sent to our assistant server and on to the AI model Claude from Anthropic, which writes the reply. We do not save the conversation. Your IP address is used briefly in the server's memory to limit the number of questions, and we count questions without linking them to you. Legal basis: giving you what you asked for. Anthropic is our data processor for this and may process the data outside the EU.
• Email to and from us. What you write to us and our correspondence with you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in being able to reply and do business.
• Contacting companies. We may email companies with an offer to a public company address, such as info@. We take the address from the company's own website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing. You can ask us to stop at any time, see below.
• Server logs. The web host may temporarily log IP address and time so that the site works and stays secure.

We collect nothing more. The site uses no tracking, analytics or marketing tools and no third-party scripts. The assistant's script is loaded from our own server. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no information about your visit is sent to Google or anyone else.

How the order form works

When you send the form, the data goes through the service Web3Forms, which forwards it as an email to info@framenord.se. Web3Forms is our data processor for this and may process the data outside the EU. If sending fails, your own email program opens with a ready-made message instead.

Who can see the data?

Only us, and the processors named above. We do not sell personal data. If you talk to the assistant, your browser vendor (for example Google in Chrome or Apple in Safari) may receive the audio to turn it into text. That happens in your browser, not with us. To make the videos we use AI tools that receive the link and the material you sent about the product or property, but not your personal data. Our email and files are hosted by Google Workspace.

How long do we keep it?

Orders and correspondence are kept for as long as we have an ongoing customer relationship and then for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting (seven years). Email from people who did not become customers is deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Guide subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe and deleted as soon as you do.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not target children and do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we find that we have, we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have errors corrected, to object to processing, to request restriction and to receive a copy of your data. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se, or to the data protection authority in your country.

Ask us to delete your data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Send an email from the address we have on file and we will confirm and delete it within 30 days. Data we must keep by law, such as invoicing records, we keep and tell you which.

Stop receiving email from us

Reply "no thanks" to an email from us or write to info@framenord.se. We then add you to a list of addresses we do not contact again, and you will receive no more email.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date below.
